The Rays won their 10th game in a row at home this season as they beat the New York Yankees 7-1 Monday night at Tropicana Field. Matt Garza finally brought the stuff that the Rays had seen when they traded

for him in the off season as he pitched 7 shut out innings. Garza wouldn’t allow the Yankee bats to gain any ground on him as he struck out three and allowed only five hits.
