Sports Fan, short for Sports Fanatic. Sports means, "An activity involving physical exertion and skill that is governed by a set of rules or customs and often undertaken competitively". Fanatic is, "a person marked or motivated by an extreme, unreasoning enthusiasm, as for a cause. Are you a SPORTS FAN?

At Suncoast Sports Network (SSN), we are sports fans and that is why we are here. For 38 years our Founder has been a Tampa Bay sports fan and for 38 years he's never found one place the Tampa Bay sports fan can go to get all the scores and highlights they want about Tampa Bay sports, without having to weed through news, weather, traffic, and on and on and on. So instead of continuing to look, he created a place instead.

SSN's mission statement is simple: to cover All Sports, All Tampa Bay, All the Time! From High School sports to our many Colleges with athletics to our Championship Professional teams, to National Sports events held in our area, we'll cover it all. And with our Radio, Television and Magazine, we'll go "Beyond the Score" to bring you stories from a perspective others won't give you. We even bring you a "Links to the Links" page to make easier for you to find a golf course to play and make a tee time all while you're here
